Helmet decals are screen printed using many colours including flouroscent and metallic. In these types of decals only a thin elastic layer of inks are transferred to the contours of helmet. Then a clear coat is done and it is heated at temperature between 150 *c to 200 *c. After heating decal appears to be a part of helmet and thus giving it stylish and whole new look.
